How to Track

  1. Find Your Tracking Number
    Check the shipping confirmation e-mail we sent you. Your tracking number and carrier name (DHL Express, DHL, or UPS) are listed there.

  2. Enter Your Details

    • Tracking Number: Copy and paste the number from your e-mail.

    • E-mail Address: Use the same e-mail you used at checkout (if prompted).

  3. View Your Shipment Status
    Click “Track My Order” to see the latest updates—departure scans, in-transit checkpoints, and expected delivery dates.

What to Expect

  • 2-Day Handling
    Once payment is cleared, we process and hand off your order within 2 business days.

  • 4–7 Day Delivery
    Standard shipping within the EU typically takes 4–7 business days from the ship date.

  • Free Shipping
    All eligible orders ship free via DHL Express, DHL, or UPS or in certain cases via a different carrier or pallet company.
