1. Ordering & Account

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No—guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and speed up future purchases.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by e-mail. Click the link provided to view real-time status on the carrier’s site.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after checkout?
A: We begin processing within 2 business days once payment clears. To request a change or cancellation, contact us ASAP at info@mbo-tech.eu. We’ll do our best to help but can’t guarantee if the order has already shipped.


2. Payment

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna (invoice, installments, Sofort real time online transfer, PayPal), bank transfer (prepayment)

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes—Shopify Payments (Mastercard, VISA; Amercian Express) and our other providers encrypt your data with SSL/TLS. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Q: What happens if my payment is declined?
A: You’ll see an error message or receive an e-mail. Please verify your details and try again. For persistent issues, contact your bank or our support team.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Q: What are your shipping regions?
A: We ship within the EU (mainland plus Balearic & German islands). We do not ship to Malta, Cyprus, Norway, Switzerland, the UK, or other non-EU areas.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A:

  • Handling: 2 business days after payment clearance

  • Delivery: 4–7 business days via DHL Express, DHL, or UPS

  • Free Standard Shipping: Always free within supported EU regions

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Yes—contact us for available options and rates.

Q: How can I arrange pallet shipping?
A: For large or heavy orders, request a pallet quote by emailing info@mbo-tech.eu with item details and delivery address.


4. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal (from the time of delivery). See our Refund Policy for step-by-step instructions.

Q: Who pays return shipping?
A: Standard parcel returns are at your expense unless the item price exceeds €40—in which case we cover return postage. Pallet or oversized returns require a custom arrangement.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods. Refunds go to the original payment method and incur no fees.


5. Products & Warranty

Q: How do I know if a product fits my device?
A: Each listing includes compatibility details. If you’re unsure, contact us with your device model before ordering.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: Yes—statutory warranty rights apply. If a defect arises, please notify us immediately. We’ll arrange repair or replacement per our Warranty Terms.
