During the cutting process, the serrations of the cutting strips and the stop ensure a secure fixation of the workpiece, while the non-slip foot buffers provide stable support for the VLC 1000. You can comfortably place your panels on the material support. The integrated 90° stop can be adjusted in 4 steps of 40 mm each. This optimizes the cutting angle for small cutting widths from 210 to 370 mm. You are also prepared for the different material thicknesses with the VLC 1000. For that, you adjust the cutting gap to the corresponding stage: Stage 1 for material thicknesses of 2 to 4 mm, Stage 2 for 5 to 8 mm, Stage 3 for 9 to 11 mm, and Stage 4 for 12 to 14 mm thick planks.
