1. Order Processing Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days after full payment has been received and cleared.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

  • Carriers: We ship via DHL Express, DHL, or UPS (at our discretion), with free standard shipping within the European Union.

  • Transit Time: Once your order has shipped, please allow 4–7 business days for delivery.

  • If you require a different carrier or expedited service, please contact us; rates may apply.

3. Shipping Regions

  • Supported: Mainland European Union, including the Balearic Islands and German North and Baltic Sea islands.

  • Not Supported: Malta, Cyprus, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and any other non-EU or excluded islands.

  • Customs & Duties: All shipments are within the EU zone—no customs clearance or additional import duties apply.

4. Pallet & Special Shipments

  • For large, heavy, or palletized orders, shipping rates are provided by request only.

  • Please contact us with your order details for a custom pallet-shipping quote.

5. Free Shipping Conditions

  • Standard parcels shipped via DHL Express, DHL, or UPS are free of charge.

  • Any optional upgrades (e.g. expedited delivery) or alternative carriers may incur additional fees.

6. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

7. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@mbo-tech.eu or +34 91 993 1169. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
