Welcome to MBO Tech Spain Business SL! This Payment Policy explains how and when payments are processed for orders placed through our Shopify store.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer a variety of secure payment options to suit your needs:

  • Credit & Debit Cards via Shopify Payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

    • Pay in 30 days (Invoice)

    • Pay in 3 installments

  • Sofortüberweisung (Klarna)

You can choose your preferred method during checkout. Available options may vary by country.


2. Payment Timing

  • Immediate Capture: For all card, digital-wallet, PayPal, Klarna and Sofort transactions, funds are authorized and captured immediately when you place your order.

  • Prepayment (Bank Transfer): Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment. Please allow 1–3 business days for the transfer to complete.

  • Financing: Only offered via PayPal or Klarna options when available


3. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

  • The total amount payable, including shipping and any fees, is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • If you choose to pay by bank transfer, your bank may charge additional fees. These fees are your responsibility.


4. Payment Security

  • We use Shopify Payments in conjunction with industry-leading providers, PayPal, Klarna) to process payments.

  • All online transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS to protect your data.

  • We do not store your full payment details on our servers—only the minimum information required to process and track your order.


5. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined or fails to authorize:

  1. You will receive an error message or e-mail notification.

  2. Please verify your payment details (card number, expiry date, CVC) and try again.

  3. For bank transfers, ensure sufficient funds and correct account information.

  4. If problems persist, contact your payment provider or our customer support at info@mbo-tech.eu.

If payment is not received within 7 days, your order will be automatically canceled.


6. Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of returned goods.

  • Shipping costs for returns are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  • For installment or financing payments, refunds will be coordinated with the financing provider and may affect your scheduled payments.
