Sleep and Stress on the Screen

The Galaxy Fit3 helps you improve your sleep habits, thereby enhancing your sleep quality. It tracks REM cycles, deep sleep, and total sleep time while also recognizing if and how regularly you snore. The Galaxy Fit3 also tracks and measures your stress levels. This way, during stressful moments, you can regain control of the situation with targeted breathing exercises.
